API saved me money and got me more! Lance came in on my newly constructed home for the inspection and noticed a few things that were not done or correctly done. With his pictures and very organized report the builder could easily find and fix the things Lance mentioned. Lance also made a list of recommended items or upgrades that were not required by code in my area but others. The builder made those upgrades at no charge to me. Lance's friendly attitude, detailed reports, and quick turn around time helped me have my home move-in ready.

So many inspectors, in an attempt to justify their jobs, scare the potential buyer to death....Lance’s evaluations present an honest, non emotional evaluation of a property without scaring the buyer. As we well know, the purchase of a home, especially for a first time buyer, is a very emotional process...I have seen many inspectors kill deals for new buyers merely by not clearly and unemotionally presenting the facts about a resale property. What a Relief! A home is a major investment. The process of purchasing a home is stressful enough with all the paperwork, lingo, etc. being thrown at you. As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea of everything to look for with regards to possible deficiencies with the craftsmanship of my potential home. Lance Dunahoe, API, came highly recommended by my realtor. Lance is a very professional people-oriented guy. He keeps it real!! I felt he inspected my potential home as if he were purchasing it for himself. After a thorough inspection, Lance provided me a detailed report with photo images of defects. In the Clutch! Homeowners who buy new listen up! Get Lance back out there to make sure everything is up-to-par before your 1 year builder's warranty
expires. It was 11 month warranty inspection time for me. Lance provided another "fine tooth comb" inspection. One condition on my inspection report was in question by the repairman. I called Lance and he was able to give the repairman a detailed analysis of his finding, no hassles!! Many inspectors would probably act "brand new" and not give you the time of day once the inspection is over. Not Lance, he truly came through for me in the clutch. I think everybody oughta have Lance inspect their home. Thanks again Lance, You Rock!
