Buyers Inspection

Generally pursued after a contract has been negotiated but occasionally to determine if a contract is worth pursuing.

Pre-Listing Inspection (Seller’s Inspection)

Get "API Ispected". Prior to listing your home with a real estate agent, find potential problems and have them corrected as early as possible to increase your sales price and market your home as ready to move in with our "API Inspected" program.

New Construction Inspection


11th Month Warranty Inspection

Typically done on homes that are 11 months old and prior to the expiration of the builder’s one year warranty.

Construction Phase Inspections

Completed before the drywall goes up so that you know it was done right!
