At API we like to make sure the client and the inspector are both on the same page. We eliminate any guessing or questions before the inspection begins.

We ask that you take time to carefully read over our Inspection Agreement form and have it printed and signed at the time of your inspection.

If you are unable to print the agreement feel free to let us know and we will bring one along with us.
